This program will be customized just for your needs. Whether you require a project management software program to track your progress or prefer the coach to keep the minutes of your sessions and progress, the choice is yours. This program has an immense amount of tools and tips to make your time most valuable and enlightening.
All your information will be confidential and never be sold or shared with any person or entity. We understand the importance of privacy and how difficult it can be to share personal and private events with others, and we want you to feel confident and secure with our conversations.
I have worked with four different coaches over the last ten years, who helped me achieve my goals and changed my life to where I enjoy the ride everyday. I have learned so much and I continue to learn daily. My goal now is to share what I have learned with others and help them to reach their goals and bring life balance to its best.
This three step process helped reset my health. It was not easy. Believing in yourself and something yet not discovered will seem nothing short of impossible. However, having help can make the journey much more realistic. I have broken down some categories that has helped me. Everyone is different so your plan will be customized just for you. The diets and exercise programs sold online and though television never work long term. Well, maybe never is a little too strong, but in most cases. The reason is that everyone is different. Your body, mind, and soul differ from everyone on the planet. So, what makes you think that a standard diet or exercise program would help everyone the same? You need to create a program that will work for you, without wasting excessive time, energy and money. I have done this for myself and it was amazing. I continue to learn more about my mind, body, and soul daily. It is very exciting to reinvent yourself whenever you choose to.
Step 1.
Personal Health:
First lets talk about the human body and how it maintains itself. Obviously, diet and exercise are important as you already know. What about your thoughts? Yes, your thoughts have an immense impact on your health. As you may already know about the Placebo effect which takes positive thoughts and creates improvement throughout your body and mind. Now what about the Nocebo effect. If positive thoughts can effect you in a good way, then would negative thoughts effect you negatively. You bet it does. Your body and mind have the power to heal yourself from any decease. You have been trained to believe that you are helpless and will always need outside help to heal or treat your condition. The medical industry, yes (I said industry) was designed to treat patients now called (customers) not to heal them. I am not saying that the medical industry is not necessary and helpful. It absolutely is critical for immediate medical attention of serious injury or health crisis situations such as a heart attack or a car accident.
I want to breakdown personal health into 3 categories to help simplify your abilities to meet your goals. We will arrange them from the easiest to the more difficult. If you think the list must be adjusted based on your beliefs, please communicate before we begin. Everyone is different, which means adjustments can always be made at any given time.
1st Category
Exercise:
Exercise 4-5 times a week for :45 - 1 hour with weights and cardio. Everyone has the ability to exercise. Most just don't feel like it. Exercise is critical to maintain a healthy life style and future longevity. So, why don't we do it... here is a list of the usual suspects. I don't have time. I have a high metabolism and don't need to, I don't feel like it, I can't afford a gym membership, there is not a gym near me, and so on. The only excuse to not exercise is if you are immobilized or dead. We are not saying you need to kill yourself, we are only saying 4-5 times a week for 45 minutes - 1 hour of exercise will be more than enough for your body to become efficient in this category. The exercising should be a mix of weight lifting and cardio. We are not saying heavy lifting and extreme cardo, but a balance that best works for you. This is your first step for changing your life, your habits, and meeting your goals. After you have maintained a workout routine then you will be ready for the next category, food! Or you can do both at the same time.
2nd Category
Diet:
Ok, so food! Oh boy, this is a tough subject. Everyone needs food and water to survive, at least us humans do. What I found most difficult was, what foods to eat. We are subconsciously being programmed to buy and consume corporate food products. Many of us know little about food and its origin. What is even more difficult is that your body may react differently to the same foods I eat than you do. So, where do we start? We will provide you with a list of foods you can eat and a list that you will not eat. Some foods on the YES list may still not agree with you. If this happen, don't eat it. Everything you have been told about food from Doctors to nutritionists as well as those wonderful TV commercials, is not the whole truth. Something you may have not have heard is that, food is medicine. Yes, food just like the medication you may be taking for diabetes or high blood pressure, is medicine. Food affects your body in both a positive and negative way depending upon the food. Certain foods can help heal your body and even stop aches and pain, and some foods can give you aches and pains. Please review the YES and CAUTION food lists and highlight the foods you currently eat and the ones you will never eat. This will help us put a meal program together for you. This program can be modified whenever you may become bored of the same routine. When you balance the foods that best fit your body you will adjust to the weight your body is meant to be. Yes, you heard that correct. I did not believe this myself, until it happened to me. I wasn't even working on losing weight. My goal was to get off my blood pressure medicine and both happened. I lost weight and was able to become medicine free.
3rd Category
Mediation:
Yes! I know what your are thinking! What a waste of time. I don't have time to sit quietly and do nothing. I was the biggest disbeliever on this subject. I remember watching people on the beach practicing yoga or just siting and mediating, and I would say to myself what are these people doing, they look silly. How wrong was I. Mediation has given me an entire enlightenment to myself and self healing. I had no idea how powerful my mind and body were until they started to work together. The power to heal yourself through thought seems impossible. You never hear about anything like this in the mainstream bubble. That is only because they are selling you the products that help treat your issues and not cure the root cause of the condition. How can they continue to sell their products if they really worked and you only needed them until you healed? Mediating 5-30 minutes a day and/or 4-5 times a week will change who you are. It will help you self reflect and regain control of who you are and where you are going in life. Its this easy, sit comfortably or lay on the floor and breathe slowly and think about nothing. That is it. You will learn more as you go and/or you can find new programs that will enhance your practice. Check out the tab called Breathe for a few breathing exercises that may help.
Some of you may already be doing a lot of the above activities we have mentioned above and still struggle with weight or medical issues. If so, lets see if we can identify what is causing the issue. Others may not know where to begin. Either way if you would like help getting starting we are here to help.
Step 2
Understanding yourself:
Quote "I am not what I think I am, I am not what you think I am, I am what I think that you think I am."
Ok, what does this mean? I know who I am, you may be saying, Or do you really?
Ask yourself these questions... Life Test
Finding out who you are is a constant struggle. The reason is that you are always changing. Well, in most cases. If you are the type of person that gets up every day and eats the same breakfast at the same time and goes to work at the same job, same time and comes home and has the same routine and is content with that. That's great! you have find yourself and you are happy with that life, even better. However, if you have goals or challenges you wish to accomplish and your not sure where to start, or you do not know who you are and are stuck on auto polit. Coaching will definitely help you become more aware. Most of us are stuck on autopilot and don't even know it. That was totally me.
I was and still sometimes find myself in that mode. Being self aware is the best way out. There are other ways to create change but traumatic or near death experiences is not my profession. Hypnotism is another avenue you can explore as well. Again not my field. To be self aware is to reflect back to ones self and to be aware of how others perceive you. Their perception must not change your perception of how you see yourself, but it awakens you to be aware of how you project yourself. Changing who you are can only come from within oneself. Outside recourses always have an affect on you. That affect in most cases is short lived. Others not so much, depending on the situation. Traumatic events will most likely be never forgotten. This is because when emotions are enhanced the memories are burned into the mind. Remember back to a powerful moment in your life and it will seem like yesterday. Take 911 for example. Do you remember where you were? Marketing and advertisers have been using this tactic because they know it works. They know if they can make you feel an emotion while watching their commercial that the chances of you remember their product is greatly higher. Another trick they use is why you see the same commercial about 7 times during your program. Repetition is a very powerful tool. Its how we learn new things, and how advertisers sell there products. A lot of this is done on the sub-conscious level, and before you know it you are in the store or online buying their product.
The whole point here is that if you find yourself buying something you didn't need or want...you are not self-aware. No one can steal you power accept for you! Remember that. This is one of my three truths. It helps me every day to self reflect about a certain situation. Example; you are driving and someone cuts you off and almost causes an accident. You start screaming and freaking out in the car. Yeah, that totally was me and yes sometimes it still does happen, until I self-reflect and say "No one can take my power accept me" This only works because I am self-aware. The other driver may have not even seen you or be aware that anything even happened. And as they go on their way nothing changed from their prospective. But guess who's day just got ruined, yours! And you will go to work and you will tell everyone about your almost accident and how you can't believe that that person did that to you. Guess what? No body cares! Except you... Don't let people steal your power...just be aware the power comes from within. After you have become self-aware you are ready for the next step.
Step 3
Change: "Becoming who you want to be"
If you made it this far, you will be surprised how much easier change can be. Most people do not like change, and they have a million reasons why. I on the other hand I love change. Its exciting, its the unknown, it makes you grow and learn more about yourself and the life around you. When you have a healthy lifestyle and are disease free your energy levels will be beyond your belief. That alone gives you more will-power to succeed on becoming who you want to be. That is why it was my first step of this process. Without your health you are broken. You cannot help others or yourself until you have your health back. Trying to make dramatic changes to your life without the energy to do it is like trying out for a professional football team without every playing the game. Your going to get f....ked up in the process. After your health is on track and you are now more self-aware you will have an easier time making the adjustments in your life to obtain the goals you want to reach. Each large goal requires a set of smaller milestones. We will breakdown each step to get you where you want be along with a timeline to keep you on track. This is a very simple process, however it takes a lot discipline. That is why I suggest a coach. A coach will hold you accountable when you go off track. Just remember you are creating the milestones not the coach. A coach is only a guide to get you where you want to go, not where the coach thinks you need to go. Coaching is all about the client, and the clients goals. A coach is a tool, just like a saw cutting through a piece of wood and using that wood to build a better house or a unforeseen future in this case.
Take the challenge and become aware of the person you never had the time to meet... Yourself!
"To know oneself is to enter the unknown" PLS
Do you want to make any changes to the above questions to your life?
If so, you should inquire about a life coach. I know, who has time or the money for someone to tell me how to live my life? That is not what coaching is about. Life coaching has everything to do with what you want to accomplish, not the coaches perspective, but your perspective. A coach will help you become aware of the roadblocks and blind spots in your life that are stopping you from your goals. If you truly want to change your life into the life you have always wanted, then coaching will help you start that directional change. You are not the same person you were 10 years ago, in fact you are not the same person 1 day ago. You have changed so much over your life span, that you may not even be aware of it. Your body and mind will always change whether you think its for the best or worst. Your life are the C's between the B and the D. The C's are the choices you have made from Birth to Death. The choice is always yours...
